The full closed-back house shoe, sized for the UK. Wide-wale corduroy outside, faux shearling all the way through, and a thick moulded sole that takes the edge off tile, laminate and floorboards. Closed at the heel, so they stay put when you actually walk in them.

Finding your size
Listed in UK sizes, from UK 2 through UK 13. Each option covers a range, so if you're on the edge between two, size up — these are meant to sit roomy, not snug.
To measure: stand on a sheet of paper, mark your heel and your longest toe, then measure the distance between the marks.
Care
Machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. Air dry only — keep them out of the dryer so the pile stays soft and the sole keeps its shape. A mesh wash bag helps them hold their form.
