At Gravixβ’, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a return request.
β³ Return Window All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
β Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase required (order number or confirmation email)
- Clear photo evidence must be provided showing the item's current condition
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
πΈ Photo Requirement All return and exchange requests require clear photo(s) of:
- The item in question
- The original packaging
- Any visible defects (if applicable)
Requests submitted without photos will not be processed.
π Size Exchange Process If you need a different size, here's how it works:
- Contact us at support@gravix.co with your order number and photos of the unworn item
- Our team will review your request within 24 business hours
- Once approved, you will be responsible for arranging return shipping to our US warehouse at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure safe delivery.
- Once we receive tracking confirmation showing the package is in transit, we will process your replacement order immediately
- Exchanges are only processed once return tracking is confirmed active
To help cover processing, a small restocking consideration may apply for exchanges not related to product defects.
π° Refund Process Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected at our US warehouse.
To initiate a return, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
We strongly recommend using a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
Once received:
- Inspection takes 3β5 business days
- If approved, refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
